And it's still on their website with no review.

Unless I send them back, I won't get it. Yeah I know, they haven't even replied to the email I sent them this morning.

if all you’ve done is changed o rings i would still ask for a refund. if you used paypal you should open a case. i just saw your post about the review being removed, that’s not on, selling useless shite then deleting bad reviews. refund claim, i would say.

It wasn't removed, it just hasn't even been approved to be shown on the product page.

Yeah I did, I always use paypal when purchasing products. Wouldn't Ecigone get funny with about claiming my money back through a 3rd party without notifying them or sending the products back?

i wouldn’t think so, paypal will contact them and if they agree the refund all will be well. if they contest it paypal will investigate it and then decide. but going via paypal will make sure you don’t need to pay the return postage. i’ve had companies chance it with that. “post it back to us for testing” etc. you shouldn’t pay return postage for faulty stuff.

you could email them directly first asking for a refund and see what they say, mind.

They provided me with a collect plus label to send it back with no cost but I would need to print it off at the library as I don't have a printer at home.
