Bloody hell...that's steep, weird...they have another listing of Glaz Mini for like £10 cheaper but the stainless is "out of stock".

They provided me with a collect plus label to send it back with no cost but I would need to print it off at the library as I don't have a printer at home.

did they say they’ll refund you? i wouldn’t send them unless they confirm that in an email. if they do, they might be able to send you a barcode for the collect + shop to scan from your phone, so you don’t need to print it.

you’d need to print the paypal return label as well, anyway.

Yeah, considering I emailed both them and Blitz about the fault before those two videos were even out, totally making it up.
