Tell ecigone you don't have a printer and you require postage costs put into your paypal account, before you can return the item, or alternatively they can snail mail you a prepaid label. It's not right that you (or anyone) should be expected to be able to print something off. Always pisses me off, when vendors think we can all miraculously print things off or wander around looking for someone or somewhere to do it - and pay a pound or two to do it as well. Stick the original orings back on the inserts, before you return the tank, it's not like you've trashed the thing?

Aye that's a good idea mate, I haven't trashed them at all, all I did was change a couple of o-rings, the ones on the insert and the ones that hold the glass, that's it. I'll get in touch with them. In all fairness most people probably don't notify them of a problem but say they'll keep them, I should have just sent them back and got something else but I was stubborn about getting them to work. I wouldn't hold it against them, have you noticed how they've started stocking clones now?

Don't worry, mate. Think I've only ordered once off them anyway. No big deal. Pissed me off a bit, this. You're obviously a good bloke and I don't like the way they're going about this. They don't seem to grasp that they're selling a potentially dangerous product. They should be thanking you, not making you jump through hoops.

Update: Tanks have been sent back today and I have still received no reply from Ecigone and they have still not published my review on the product page. Not sure what to think about the whole thing to be honest, not even sure if i'll get my money back at this rate. Thanks for all the support you guys have shown since I made the initial post.

I think you will get your money back, easier if you paid by paypal though? If they mess you around, maybe as a last resort link this thread to them. They know how many people here buy from them, or they soon will, they won't want obvious bad publicity. They have (unintentionally?) sold you faulty goods, they have to refund you, and they will get refunded by their supplier.

Yeah I did pay through Paypal so if Ecigone won't do it themselves, i'll go through them instead. I'm just glad to be rid of them to be fair, they were doing my nut in. I don't want to say they did it intentionally because the fault wasn't initially known until reviews started coming out. Just don't want to be messed around and get my money back so I can put it towards something that isn't f***ed out of the box.
