Blitz Ivo MTL RTA Warning! (DO NOT BUY)

Yeah I did pay through Paypal so if Ecigone won't do it themselves, i'll go through them instead. I'm just glad to be rid of them to be fair, they were doing my nut in. I don't want to say they did it intentionally because the fault wasn't initially known until reviews started coming out. Just don't want to messed around and get my money back so I can put it towards something that isn't f***ed out of the box.

No worries, you tick all the boxes:

  • Faulty items
    • Please allow 48 hours after we have received your item to investigate the fault
    • If deemed faulty, we will offer you store credit to place a new order through our site - giving you a new invoice & warranty from purchase date
    • If an item is found not to be faulty, it will be returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
    • If found faulty within 30 days of purchase date, you are entitled to either a store credit or refund.
    • If found faulty after 30 days but within our 90 day warranty, you will either be offered a repair or store credit
Atomizers, Clearomizers and Cartomizers
If a product is Dead on arrival. The customer must contact us within 24 hours from receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable.

Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return. Please note that this also applies to multipacks.

Tanks/RDA/RDTA are covered on dead or damaged on arrival we do give a 30 day warranty which if there is any fault with the tank we will refund or replace, after the 30 days we will not offer a refund or replacement.

Yeah should be straight forward hopefully. I'm more annoyed about my review not being approved because it prevents people that shop there from being warned about the potential hazards of using that tank.

They should pull it, no excuse not to, they know by now they are intentionally selling a faulty product.

Agreed, it should be pulled and they should be aware of it by now, I've been keeping them updated with the videos from reviewers and initially they were responding but they haven't replied in days now. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because of Bank Holiday weekend but now I don't know.

it might be they have a bit wad of them on a shelf they are hoping to sell.

No I haven't, just let them know that I've sent the tanks back because I don't feel comfortable keeping them and that I want my money back so I can get something else that isn't hazardous to use. Yeah they still have it up for purchase and I know, I keep looking but nothing has been put up yet.

Only just caught up with this thread. It's a shame as I've had good customer service so far from ecigone. Hope you get a satisfactory conclusion Mike.

I have nothing against them and I don't want to damage their reputation or hurt them in anyway, I would just like to get my money back and get something else.
