Well I've got a PG allergy and I have been mixing 75 VG 25 PG juices for a while but with this dam PG allergy its time to go 100% VG.
So boots sell their own brand glycerine but is it good enough for 100% VG juices?
Cheers guys

In a word , yes :-) used by many

Sound as, time to stock up on it and maybe some distilled water, don't suppose you know anywhere to get some? Been round all the Pharmacies by mine not one sells it.

Boots vg is very thick - so dilute with high grade water/ vodka ( depend on what your atty\wick can cope with). The problem I see is that most flavours are pg based, so unless you go for vg based nic and vg flavours you can't go 100% vg (ps I vape unflavoured nic at work and it hits the spot).
You can ring the VG in boots in the cough medicines section unless some other bugger has got there before you and cleaned the stock out .....

i've been using boots vg and vg nic(actually ag nic) with only 15% flavouring..so thats 15/85..possibly 20/80 depending how the ag is rated...had no issues whatsoever with wicking on cotton or silica in evod's..
Very similar in consistency to most of my shop bought stuff.
Spose other attys could be different though as i've only got evods

But the OM is about 100% vg! and I think Boots it's too thick to vape unless the nic is in AG, and so is the flavour

VG is thick no matter where you get it from unless it's AG. Somebody posted about it a while ago, can't remember who. They contacted boots about it and they confirmed it was 100% vg that's safe for vaping. I'm sure they may have put something about it in the vapingwiki on here.

I've been using it for a while now and it's as good as any.

Edit....

Yes it's defiantly in the vaping wiki.

Yes it is very thick. Can gloop up wicks quick and cause dry burn issues

If I'm using Boots VG, I mix mine with distilled water (ebay your friend)

I cut it in 100ml containers using 85ml VG and 15ml Distilled water

You can do 80/20 if you wish.

Easy to mix and blend once done.

:)

I've just mixed up a bottle of juice using the boots VG but its got a bit of a funny taste anyone got any idea why? Flavouring am using are the same as always, same ratio.
