I use Lubrisolves VG (as do most mixers I know), I don't use PG in any of my mixes other than the flavour concentrates

Piratesvape do a litre of PG or VG for about £8.00. Their nic is top notch crystal clear too.

On the note about the VG being thick that is how proper VG is supposed to be. I ordered some from a vendor and the VG wasn't much thicker than the PG. Obviously they are trying to increase margins and cutting with water. VG should be like the boots stuff, and the PiratesVape stuff really thick.

The same place I got the Watery VG from, the nicotine was peppery, that's all I could taste from it. Rubbish, got about 200ml of juice made up from it, been sitting there for about 6 weeks. Tried it recently and still peppery, gonna chuck it all I reckon.

My only supplier for VG/PG and nic will be PiratesVape.

So does anyone use this? I bought a bottle today a long with some menthol crystals and my God is it gluppy! What makes this so gluppy compared to the stuff you get from vendors? And is it safe to vape?

Boots VG is pure, most VG is diluted with water at around 10-20% (hopefully distilled or reverse osmosis) and should be labelled AG (Aqueous Glycerine) and again, not all VG is made from the same sources.

You mention menthol, if you don't have much PG or water in your final mix (PG could come from PG based nic or flavourings too) then watch out for it crystallizing and therefore going a bit solid, in which case, add PG or water to the calculation for your desired nic level.

I've just got a batch of their nic.. It's crystal clear, odourless and tasteless..

There's nothing wrong with the Alchem stuff most vendors sell but this seems to be on another level in terms of quality.

Top stuff. Use the Purified water they sell too if VG is too thick. They did only used to sell in 1L as well until a few weeks ago. I only needed 20ml at the time, so they sent me 100ml as a freebie. They've now listed 500ml of the water now. So i grabbed 500ml on my latest order this week.

I know nic can very from clear - straw coloured. But i don't want my nic looking like I've pissed in the bottle after a heavy night on the beer.

This VG they sell in boots... What is it labeled as and where would I find it?

I just had a look but couldn't find it. Being Saturday it was packed so I didn't hang about to ask anyone.
