For the budget concious vaper you can acheive the same effect by using insulating tape or sellotape - simply cut a length suitable for the item and fit it to the bottle battery with the bottle battery at the centre of the length and fold round so you end up with a double thickness "Flag" poking out at the side - has the advantage of never getting lost, costing almost nothing and being easily replaced...
