Brain freeze?!?

I was searching the same thing and came across this post, menthol and brain freeze is a real thing, I have exactly the same problem. if I vape any strong menthol I get something very similar to brain freeze but not as harsh, after 20 seconds it's gone until I start again. I'm vaping Fantasi Ice (Fanta rip off) and I have to take it very easy no cloud chasing or it gets me and I've had the same experience with all Menthol/Koolada vapes I've tried. I love them so I just don't cloud chase to stop the freeze.

Thank god it isn't just me. But I feel we might bethe only two in the world. I tried higher ohms, single coils, airy draws. Same problem. I've reached the conclusion I just have an aversion to menthol type juices. No problem for me as I hated menthol cigs anyway Lol

We are not the only 2 :-) I had some girl come in our shop a few days ago and said I don't want any Ice vapes as I get brain freeze! There are also some other posts knocking around with other vaperz having the same problem.

I did do a search on here about the problem, but found nothing. I've also found that I have a similar problem with mint vapes too. I mixed some After Eight diy juice, and here in Poland they love fruit and mint combos and gave them a try. Same thing. Not as bad as menthol/koolada though.

I'll have to admit that Onepoundliquid menthol is my all day vape, but only at 10 watts thankyou. Great sensation when exhaling through your nose.

Sounds like way too much menthol in that juice. You can definitely get "sinus discomfort/pain" from inhaling menthol.

I got brain freeze from smoking a tangerine ice flavour freeze and I feel this is due to the ice.

As mentioned on all your other posts where you mention smoking....you dont smoke you vape.
