Cafe creme cigar flavour

I'm looking to mix some juice for my brother in law(at last he's gonna give it a go!). He's been on those little cafe creme cigars for donkeys years , now as I've not touched a stinky for nearly 4 years now I can't remember how they taste, so a mix by taste alone is out of the question then ! Do any of you fine apes(I mean that in a purely complimentary way) know of a recipie or even an off the shelf juice which would taste like these little brown tobacco things that come in a tin ?. I'm sure you'll appreciate my not wanting to let a possible convert go un converted !!
