A dash of vanilla always seems to bring out the flavour in creamy, chocolatey, coffee flavours. Not so much the vanilla itself, but it's synergistic with other flavours.

Like salt on your chips!

I also LOVE Vanilla custard, one of my favorites!
I've recently bought a flavor called 'Caramel Kiss'
Needs a day or two of steeping to get to its best but its really, really nice
Its got an amazing after taste, a perfect throat hit and goes amazingly well with coffee!

A great custard mix is 15% Capella vanilla custard, 2% dulce de leche and 2% sweetener! it needs to steep for at least 2 weeks it gets better the longer you leave it mate
