Can anyone recommend a rda setup ?

I was thinking i may need to go for dual tho. Just because im used to quite high power. Well saying that i know you save battery on lower power dont you. But my old rda was dual so i may find a single not producing as much vapour as im used to. But im guessing recurve will do a dual or any other suggestion on a dual rda.

If you fancy dual coils then the Drop is a good call.

But don't rule out single coil rda's, a recurve with one of smut's lovely alien coils at about 50 watts will put out like a drunken cheerleader

I dont know if buying premades is more expensive than buying wire but its definetly a lot cheaper than using a tank with coils like smok coils. I have bought ni80 coils from smut before and they are really good but I prefer temp control and ni80 doesn't work in temp control. I use stainless steel which can be use in temp mode or wattage mode

If you buy coils from advanced vape supply they usually take about a week to 10 days to come unless you are prepared to pay for super fast delivery which I did once by accident and I had them in 5.

You can buy coil master kits from ebay for 25 quid

Yes to be honest temp control i tried once and liked it actually. its where you can determine a vape at whatever wattages you like through start to finish if i remember. Im not to fussed maybe i i c try stainless steel for vape control and the ni80 for normal set wattage ect.

Yeah the drop looks wicked to start with, just seen youtube video by rip drippers review. Think i will go for this one. Would you go for kathal wire or just usual as i know @greenbrucelee said he likes stainless steel. Think you were both right on with the drop tho cheers guys. temp control in basic is you set a temp for your coils and when your device hits that temp it tries to maintain that temp by adjusting the wattage accordingly. Its a good idea imo because if you use tc you cannot burn your cotton when the juice is running out or has run out because it wont fire so imo using an rda in TC is sensible because if you run out juice you wont knacker your coils or cotton. But most people use wattage mode and get to have a sense of when juice is gonna run out so they drip before burning their cotton.

Some places offer coil sample packs have a look around there's loads of places that sell premade. I have had a set of dual coils in my drop and in my goon last 4 weeks although I change cotton whenever it starts gunking or the taste starts going.

Thanks alot, 4 all your great information, i have now purchased the drop rda at a good price just 21.99 at sr vapes and a decent tool kit to get me buy until i decide to make my own coils. But will only need ohm reader and wire then. 4 now going to stick with the premade stuff. Thanks alot for all your help

Good choice. A word of advice when snipping the end of the coil make sure you catch the bit you've cut as they can fall into the deck which will cause it not to fire. When I have put the coils in and cut the legs I tip it upside down and give it a shake just to make sure. Happy dripping

Just wanted to ask, ive heard nickle wire is good to stay away from if you have alergies ect. I had asthma when i wad young, so think it is a good idea to stay away from. Also what are the different wires its all confusing for me, i know you mentioned stainless steel, which sounds like a good one to go with. To be able to use in wattage and temp control. So what would fused claptons be ? Or Alien ? Can you get them in stainless steel or are some in kathal another one ive heard of titanium. Lots to learn.
