Hi Guys & Girls AGAIN lol

Seems vaping doesn't like me lol everything keeps buggering up in the last week with it.

My CE4 doesn't want to charge, whereas my Mums works fine. The battery will power up fine on its own but the second I plug a clearomiser onto it, it works. Its not the tanks (as far as im aware) as they work fine on my mums battery.

Heres a video :)

Cheers

Nevermind xD, it needed a clean.

Feel like a muppet as id sat here for 10mins cleaning it and it didnt work, gave it another quick wipe and it works ¬_¬

EDIT: Nope its not working again, its being temperamental could it be anything else?

It's shorting out.

those flashes indicate a short somewhere, maybe liquid leaked into the battery? Maybe the clearo is shorting out somewhere?

Give it a good clean and also prise up the positive connection terminal a tad.

If that doesn't help you have a faulty eGo battery and should take/send it back for a refund or an exchange for a working one.

Thank you VaperCaper id tried that prior to this post :(

I guess the battery is buggered and im buggered til I can get a replacement

Thank you

I've had it just 9 days, sadly it was an eBay job. And since I bought it eBay have removed the listing

Sorry to say - this is fairly typical of Ebay Ego batteries (you may well find a tiny 350mAh battery inside a 900mAh casing if you open it up).

I love a bargain more than most, but have been stung with a crappy Ebay battery before, and I'd spend more for a reliable one from a reputable vendor.

Myepack currently have some fantastic deals on Innokin batteries if you fancy upgrading - £20 for a VV v3.0 is amazing

Thanks for the suggestion :), yeah sadly I went cheap as I am skint :( student life lol!

I am interested in a VV battery, can you give me a little more info about why they are better than a standard battery? I know you can vary your voltage and that affects the vape, but does the battery make much of a difference? (complete newbie)

Cheers appreciate it

You can adjust the power, so it offers more flexibility with atties of different resistance. The Innokin VV v3.0 I mentioned above also has variable wattage, which is even better (don't ask me why, I just know it is - someone else can provide the science, I'm sure)

Thank you Fleabag ill have to just hope my overdraft will allow me a new battery or someone pays me what they owe me lol.

I think ill order one in the morning :), until then im going to keep stealing my Mums xD
