can't get throat hit from nic juice when added to zero liquids

Tested it today. Still no throat hit.
Added 2 more drops of jack, and 2 more drops of nicotine taking it to 5mg.
Will test in the morning.
I have some aged nicaraguan steeping in PG and a touch of jack daniels and it's in a jar that previously contained cinnamon, so when you open it all you get is cinnamon. Possible exploration into flavour/aroma infusion there. I call it flavouring by proximity rather than direct infusion. But I'm yet to vape it so don't yet know if the smell translates.

No one seems to have mentioned it yet and you probably know anyway, but to state the bloomin obvious.... every time you add something to the liquid, you'll be diluting/altering the flavour.
Everyone has different tastes/preferences but personally, 5mg/ml is about as low as I can go and still get what I would deem to be a vapeable throathit (I usually aim for 8 to 10 mg).

Yeah, I learned that lesson. Thinking I was being economical and sensible with a 3ml test and adding drop after drop of flavouring until it was like vaping water. Here I've only added a few drops and won't add any more.

Hey folks, couldn't wait until tomorrow so tested it tonight.
Not too bad. You'd think you'd taste the whiskey but alas no. I'm up to 5mg and 4 drops of JD in 5ml and there is a bit of throat hit. Maybe this will improve after a few day's steep.
Also added one single fat drop of crystal menthol solution. Juuust enough to y'know, add a little something. Haven't tried it yet though.
EDIT: test the following day confirms quite a solid throat hit!
