Yes I wouldn't be surprised finding ANYTHING strange and unusual on the inside of these batteries, if they were big enough even a few dead rats!!!!

I've just bought an ego starter kit with an additional 1100mah battery.

Just charging an ebay cheapo "supposedly" 600mah battery; charger went green after only 40 mins, so i'm leaving it longer, but how long do you leave a flat ego battery to charge? as i think this battery or charger is shot....

Think I'll start charging my ebay cheapo ego batteries down on the floor behind my kitchen door from now on, don't feel in the mood to get blown up this early in the game....

My first charger started playing up early on- light not going red when a depleted battery was put on, so I had no way of knowing if it was charging. This came with the misrepresented battery. I got one battery from eBay that lasted just one charge.
I have found fasttech egos & chargers very good if you need to buy cheap

Problem is I got a whole box of ebay ego cheapos batteries, and it seems a waste to bin them as theyre still working, but maybe it is time for the bin.....as I am always a bit weary of how safe they're NOT......
