Eh, I may as well elaborate then.

I ordered about 30 bottles from them, and a few concentrates.

They shipped out the wrong sized nibs for the bottles, and a few of the concentrates where wrong.

I sent multiple emails, tried ringing them several times and didn't get a response.

After that, I've had several people I know complain that they have either sent them the wrong thing or forgotten something. Generally seem to be a disorganised company from my experience, and others I know.

Yeah, I've heard a few praise them on here. Nothing but poor quality from people I talk to though.
