Hello @efun.top, please would you clarify your company's position on goods which were delivered which do not match the description on your website (missing parts)?

I have a problem with a couple of my recent orders and I don't seem to be getting anywhere with Lucy!

so the answer is:
"Packing will come from the factory , is subject to change without notice, Goods in kind prevail !" (from the website);
and if you don't get what you thought you were getting, including offers of free batteries, etc, it's the customer's problem.
No more efun for me! [emoji45]
