Clive Bates adds significant amendment to The Counterfactual

Clive's excellent blog is always well worth reading. I notice a disturbing amendment (coloured in red and dated 2/12/13) I hadn't personally seen before.

It will mean a ban on any ecigarette that can be operated by a child. Assuming most children have the ability to suck on something that pretty much rules out cigalikes surely. Madness
