Please don't take this as patronising. It isn't. It's just that you've been given a lot of good advice in this thread but no one has asked you if you're 100% sure you're using the multimeter correctly? That aside you probably should make coils with a higher resistance.

Thanks,I am probably using the multi meter incorrectly,one of my sons will be calling later,so he will tell me if I am using it correct.
All the advice in this thread is spot on,
The things I have rectified since reading it,are not burning the wire ,not enough burn on the mesh ,coils to far apart, using a fully charged new battery,and the juice was to thick,[I mixed it with 60%VG.] it now works a lot better.
My fault everything I could have done wrong I [ did wrong]
A big thanks to everyone,without your help ,I would have ended up using this nemesis ,as a paper weight

I don't know what all the fuss was about,my coils are down,or should that read up?to 1.4 ohms,
I don't need a welders glove to hold the mod any more,it was a great hand warmer tho,
I now know how to use my multi meter,[thanks son] I am going to make a few spare wicks and coils,just for the fun of it.
Blossom I am still on a learning curve,so will make more mistakes,without the help on here I would have fried this mod,and gone back to egos.lol.my clearomisers are still my favourites when out and about.

Ive spent the last two months researching all the is to mech mods and rebuildables and its certainly paid off. Im now confident enough in ditching my clearos and vv/vw mods and going full mech. Couldnt be happier knowing that im safe and know what im doing. My recommendation for anyone starting off is do your research. Splash out on top of the range batteries and check and double check everything as you go.
