Comfort Zone

Made my first clapton last night. 26 inner with 32 outer, think 7 wraps around a 2mm drill bit was too many though as it's coming in at 1.8ohm.. Still, really makes El Diablo Sweet Voodoo taste different!

It was a lot easier than I thought once I figured out the best way to hold things while drilling, using an old hollow protank coil to feed straight from the spool, 3 attempts and both thumbs full of holes :17:

On a side note, used some of the triple twisted 32 in my NextGen and wow! Took a while to squeeze it through the positive screw straight but now it's in it's beautiful!

Comfort zone.

Not to sure about a comfort zone 'it's just that were all different me I've got around 8or 9 mecs'5 boxes Christmas knows how many tanks and drippers and I'm still struggling to find summit I like.I like the boxes for battery life but the mecs for being pocket friendly'tank wise think I've fked up I've been vapeing mouth to lung for a while now couple of years recently started vapeing straight to lung and now I can't get a draw of my mouth to lung tanks nautilis etc.so I'm a bit out of my comfort zone there every time I vape I'm followed by a cloud .Coil wise I'm ok recon I could build most kinds if I put my mind to it'but I've a little shop near me that sells premade coils in various wire gauges and different ohms for 20p each so I'm lazy and just spend a couple of quid whenever I'm passing.

I have my go to builds for various atties - I know what the resistance is going to be roughly and tend to stick with what works. So I guess it's a comfort zone. I do sometimes dabble with other things but I fear change lol.

I do still check my resistance to make sure before I use it though.

The exact phrase I was trying to find in my op.. And when I do give change a try I'm normally pleasantly surprised, it's just not that often.
