Does it make any difference that's its adna 40 rev 4b?
With everything in place and the side plate off can you see a gap at either contact, can you push a slither of paper between the contacts. It might be the pin it could have taken a knock and moved.Have a look at the pin above, does it look the same.
If you're really stuck send it to me and I will fix it for free as long as you don't mind covering the postage, if it's a connection problem i will get it fixed one way or another. Thanks mate,
Don't have a caliper set. How ever I don't reckon it's really protruding at all. So if I used the sealing of the pin as reference to access the pin and somehow get it to move up?
It could be anything, but there should be no gaps with it all in place and the end cap screwed down. This is an electrical circuit and the top screw is 'earth' or so I believe.Either way the bottom pin must be in contact with the coil or bridge, and the top screw in contact with the tube/chimney,so it makes a circuit. Thanks will do rather than a knock I'm wondering if overtighten over time might have done it.
Not seen a DNA 40 so I can't compare, can you photograph the connection pin with the tank out and also the button side without the panel?Does it make any difference that's its adna 40 rev 4b?

No @Rob that one is working fine.@scotty7910 is this the one I sent over? @domejunky
No movement at all everything seated correctly as far as I can tell. Have used hybrid tips etc too and no change@scotty7910 is there any movement at all in the boro tank when you have it screwed in? Also, are you holding the tank in while screwing the top screw on? I find I need to push the tank in with my thumb while screwing to make sure it’s seated right and has a good connection.
