Anyone got any tips as to how to contact this company?

Despite their amazing service up to now- super quick delivery and keen prices, I have unfortunately received a faulty item from them.

Have tried to to phone numerous times and have e-mailed but can't get an answer on the phone and five days on still no response to my e-mail!

Does anyone know how I can get in touch?

Please call in the afternoons as we are not normally in the office in the mornings
so many emails to go through so it could take a bit of time to reply to all
or you could send a PM on here
