I think you need to do a bit of research so you know what you’re getting into with RTAs. I’d say for a mtl, you want a coil that’s resistance is somewhere between 0.6 - 1.8 ohms, depending on… well, trial and error really - you might not find what works for you right away.

I have done quite a bit. But some things aren't too well explained and plus the fact that there is so much out there and so much to know.

As long as they are decent quality mods they should be fine. I've got some that are a good few years old that are still going.

instead of coils, get a roll of this. it’s not hard to wind your own and will save much money. along with the labo puff cotton @dovpo_uk suggested you’ll be sorted for wire and cotton for years.

With the mods and battery's. What would be best and budget friendly. I don't really want to end up spending £100 all together with a tank mod and batteries.

I think I’d be very tempted to look at fogstar for batteries and charger. Use POTV20 to get a 20% discount

The z80 isnt that old, and takes a external battery so no battery to deteriorate overtime.
Myself and a few others on here bought the z80 from uk vape clearance a few weeks ago, its a nice little mod with wattage mode only, making it very suitable for a new user.
They also have the kizoku limit rta for £8 wich can also be used with stock coils if you find rebuilding is not for you. Ive not tried it myself but a few here have who may advise.

Is it compatible with most mtl rta tanks? What tools would i need to wrap it? i've never done it before. There's also the fact that there are soo many options in the " reel size" thingy.

i'm asking because there's like 200 hundred different numbers on the tin. So i'm not sure.

right the different numbers mean id is the inner circle of the coil 2.5mm the 2-30/40 is just the gauge of wire its made from & the 0.80 is the ohm which i thought might suit as you coming from the endura..
