Hey guys,
Long time reader, first time post.
Although I'm a noob to building coils etc, just thought I throw this in here, as I have a SS Crius which has been leaking.
After reading this thread last night, I tried as suggested, checked the insulator, o rings and tried tightening the centre pin. All of which seemed fine.
As I'm a noob to building, I thought it was my wicking that was the problem but rewicked a single coil build yesterday, as was getting dry hits before and was great for no dry hits but get what..... still leaked.
I have put a dual coil in now, which I understand wicking is certainly different but I noticed something whilst building my coils.
I have a xcube ultra (which is great) so while building, I vape on my Furytank (on my xcube, while I wait for another Crius to arrive), so put my Crius on my istick tc40 to build.
I noticed that there was little, if none at all, movement between the afc and the base, which where it was leaking from. So thought about the spring loaded pin on my xcube. Gave it a little push to make sure it was moving a little, put my Crius on my xcube and there was very little movement.
Left it overnight with juice flow open and no leaking. Although this, for me, had rectified the problem, I will post later the results after a days normal use, i.e. in my pocket, car etc.
Sorry for the lengthy post but wanted give an overview of what I'd done before anyone questioned what about this and that etc.
Hope this helps.
