My current custard mix is 4 ingredients, a total percentage of 21% with the custard contributing 10%.
My current custard of choice has been Capella v1.
However, I have since bought some others to try, FA Custard Pi, TPA Vanilla Custard and Capella Vanilla Custard v2
I'm looking at making my usual custard mix 3 times, once with each different custard to see how different they are and which one will end up being more cost effective.
For the Capella v2 and the TPA, I was just going to use the same percentage as my current recipe, but I've read a few times that the FA concentrates are a lot stronger so don't need as much. Any hints as to what percentage I should use that would be equivalent to the current 10% I'm using at the moment?
I realise there will be some trial and error, but I just wanted to get a decent starting point.
