Yeah they started wearing them in 2002 with the SARs outbreak. The Chinese gov. has got many ways to spy on their population, and nowhere near as many cameras. In fact, with their Social Credit System that you have to sign up to for basic necessities, with so many ways to track the population its arguable they don't really need a face scan for day-to-day surveillence.

As it is we can't educate people how to social distance so what feckin chance on educating the population on proper use of face masks (other than for robbing shops/mugging folk).

Thats true. I walked round the block yesterday and there's two separate houses got the builders in, one's a loft conversion the other is building patios and stuf in the garden. twats. One's even got a homemade sign up saying "We are still working during the shut down. Call *** for a quote".

If social distancing observed, not an issue really. I've got a fella pointing the house mid month. He'll be outside, I'll be inside. Just got to remember to shut the curtain when I'm on Pornhub

I was reading something yesterday that suggested airborne particles in breath can travel 27 feet

I would believe it - you just need to look how far a vape cloud can travel when if you exhale forcefully.

So if you male sure your cloud isn't touching anyone, you should be safe from infecting them. A good reason to vape constantly when outside!

Maybe a stupid question but I don't watch the news or try not to, Can you catch the virus off things you buy, like buying things off eBay. I have no idea so feel free to call me an idiot etc.

There no stupid questions on something like this.

They say that the virus can remain living on surfaces for up to 72 hours. Therefore, anything that has been handled by another person before you could be a way of passing the virus on which could be a parcel delivery, another shopper handling something on a shelf etc.

Probably not is the short answer.
open the package, do whatever you would normally do with the packaging. Wash your hands. If the item is really shiny (plastic or glass) maybe give it a wipe with a soapy cloth.
