Database error on login

I`ve discovered that if I log out on start page then log in again, it`s ok.

I've been having to do the same on my PC - app is fine on phone/tablet.

It still happening only now its gotten worse (by my lazy standards anyway)

As before, if i'm away from the site for a certain length of time I get the database error and have to log out and log in again. Before it was easy as my username and password were pre-filled, now suddenly its blank and I have to go through the ballache of filling two entire fields of text in

Hoping for the fix soon as, whilst it's not much of a pain to clear cookies to get logged in, it does have a consequence for other sites that use the cookies I have to delete. You'll know this of course and you'll be working hard to resolve it, I'm just gently venting a little frustration.

There, I feel better now. Might have a wank now, that also helps.

We have just implemented a fix this morning.
You have two options now. You can either wait for your cookies to expire or clear your cookies through you browser and we should be looking perfect!

The missing fields is because we've now moved to the more secure https. You can now see the green trust bar on the homepage. You just need to save your details again (browser - remember your details after login) and you should be golden.

Hi all,

We're seeing a few intances of people receiving a database error when logging in. This is in fact a duplicate key warning and does not stop you logging in. The error is being worked on but shouldn't stop you logging in.
