which apparently will stop the problem happening again, yeah....
Well that was a glorious 24 hours of life
So it turns out that the Hastur Mini leaked again, juice got through the 510 and flooded the board. The guy has dried it out for me, told me how to do it and not charged me so that's a silver lining.
I think it's time to put an RDA on there, something I can trust.
Fingers crossed. I'll keep tuning in for the next instalment of Squid Sematary .........So it turns out that the Hastur Mini leaked again, juice got through the 510 and flooded the board. The guy has dried it out for me, told me how to do it and not charged me so that's a silver lining.

Did he reveal the secrets of the original failure ?
Fingers crossed. I'll keep tuning in for the next instalment of Squid Sematary .........
It does seem to be a flaw in the design. The only way they could make it as small and elegant as it is was to stuff the board horizontally up at the top ....... and they seem to have given it very little protection.Apparently the same, liquid on the board. The first time it undermined a soldered connection, but not this time. I'm not sure if its getting through the 510 or the top of the body, but either way its more porous than a screen door on a submarine.
