hi I just purchased a Digiflavor edge 200 watt which came with a wireless charger from digiflavor. I was wondering with this being a kit all from Digiflavor would you think it would be OK to use the charger. I normally charge Batterys in a separate charger. Thanks fellow vapers

It's designed to be used with it, so it should do a good job. ..... but who knows?

Try it and see, take the batteries out afterwards and see if they've been charged to the correct voltage. (4.2v) If there's any imbalance or overcharging when fully charged, don't use it.

Thanks Simon G will let you know the results.

I am also curious on those, wireless charging is limited a lot in current so I would expect a slowish charge. An ideal setup would be with the battery ends connected to 2 multimeters and a scope to watch for any spikes. there is enough technology to make them ultra safe and highly calibrated but most are cheap implementations or even knock offs of famous chips. most of my chargers and mods go through a charge cycle on the scope with one meter on voltage and one on current all set to hold min and max value. But I am an electronics guy. most people don't even have a £10 meter around the house. It's really annoying, Texas instruments has some amazing charging and control chips and they are used but on the cheap side, a proper implementation of the chip would be 20-30 cents extra per unit.

Well folks I have charged with the wireless charger and I must say I am rather impressed,I checked the batteries with a multi meter and even with the loss from the leads it gave a full charge taking about 1 1/2 hours. I will probably still charge them off the edge and use only when necessary . Thanks for your input .
