Do Myepack do discount codes

I think sometimes vendors use that discount code box like a credit note, if you know what I mean.

If somebody happens to get sent a faulty unit and the vendor is satisfied that there's a fault and doesn't want the hassle of playing Royal Mail ping pong for themselves and the customer, they can offer to create a unique discount code to the value of the faulty item, so that the customer can choose to order different products up to the same value if they don't want the original item replaced.

Yeah that's true. I've seen some sites with coupon codes and voucher codes which is prob the same thing.

Well may have to wait till someone finally pays one of my invoices before I get the new setup ordered. Will be worth the wait I'm sure. Just need to step up from my crappy gurgling Volcano Inferno ASAP is all. Lol
