Does anyone need hand sanitizer?

I am just trying to help others on a wider scale. I applaud what Lee is trying to do, but 60ml of sanitiser for £1.92 is crazy - but not his fault at all. Just what the market is doing.

If you come to my house (PM me) I will give you 1L of hospital grade BAC hand sanitiser for no money whatsoever. You will need to bring your own bottle. I appreciate this may not be convenient, but it's the best I can do, just as Lee is also trying to help people.

This is simple chemistry available to everyone. There is no need to succumb to crisis pricing or pay branded goods money. Take a deep breath and count to ten...

fair enough, just came across as having a bit of a dig thats all, especially when there is some proper wronguns out there trying to profit from the situation

Sorry mate - I am not insinuating that at all. Just trying to point out that people can do this themselves at home for almost no cost.

And people can make juice at home, yet the majority still choose to purchase from suppliers...

Not everyone wants to deal with substances that cause chemical burns if even slightly mishandled.

No problem, and I really wasn't having a dig.

I have been making up hand sanitiser from Isopropyl Alcohol and BAC50 and giving it away to vulnerable people in our local parish this week. I won't take a penny for it. One woman had been charged £20 for a little pocket bottle of (in my opinion) very weak alcohol based sanitiser from a local seller. She was trying to push money at me and actually cried to get a litre bottle for free.

Absolutely fair point, but you can also burn yourself taking a pie out of the oven. At some point there needs to be a level of personal responsibility and common sense. Diluting liquids is piss easy if you follow simple precautions.

Sadly, probably 50% of our population are currently showing they can't do this.

Lee, I've three people in this house now who work at the local General, and we have none - so, yes, ima in for some.

If anyone decides to drop out or fails to answer when it’s time to pay for it within a reasonable time I’ll drop you a PM mate :)

@Lee , Mawsley can have my 3. I have some at the moment and his need is greater than mine.
