Building 4 years and the kayfun lite 2019 is my all day and never ever had any issues but I’m at my wits end with this pioneer. 26/28g ni80 and ss316 2.5 & 3mm id, 5 different cotton types and I have watched Bruce’s video. I wrap, coil and wick but as soon as I put any 50/50 salt nic in it instantly floods and I get a mouthful of eliquid. Help!!

It can be frustrating....

Looking at deck your wick is touching the post, once your wick is saturated use a tool to shape the cotton away from post, i hope that helps bud.

Ahhhh.... The old Pioneer flooded deck scenario. Yer not on you're own, mate. Loads of us have been there. 2 key things....

1. Bottom fill the swine.
2. The wicking needs to be 100% bob on. There's a video BP did that's equally hilarious and informative. Allow Bruce to show you the way....

Edit. Half asleep. You've seen Bruce.

I have one of these sitting unused, Keep meaning to give it a try, trouble is I have heard so many conflicting reports about them. Mostly, the negatives have been about the flavour production produced? Many trusted friends have been unimpressed by the results they have achieved. Yet so many others really rate this RTA and the term "Game Changer" is being bandied about in various Groups.
Thank You Guys, you have reminded me that I should give this a whirl. :) Very unlike me I know, but it's been sitting here for about 12 weeks completely untouched. :(

It's a cracking tank when the wicking is spot on, but a pain in the arse when it's not. I laughed at first as I rarely bother with videos, but the one good old Bruce has done is really helpful.

Sorry I can't be of any more help @Shamhimself. Honestly don't know what to suggest.

Cracking tank if you can take your time in building and wicking, I'll happily try your tank if you are too busy ;)
