if you want to avoid flooding and gurgling the best way is to get tanks that are meant to be
filled from the bottom. easy.

I tried it as an experiment. Gonna go out tomorrow with a load of knackered 18650's in me jeans pockets, as an experiment.

Yup, however recommended to shut off air flow when filling or bottom fill as it messes with tank pressure otherwise, I think the glaz has the same issue.

There's two Precisios in the classies and it exhibits none of these issues and guess what, it's top fill...

It's been rare that I've had that problem. I find that as long as it's got just the right amount of cotton in there, you're sound.

Hang on.... You're top filling it with no issues? I think I've just got into the habit of bottom feeding it. I'll change that routine next time I'm using it.

Amazed how many are having issues, Really am. I just rewicked mine and all sound, top filled and not a gurgle. The only bummer i got with this tank is that i have to rewick every other day but thats cos of my stixx mix NETS, not the tank.

EDIT - hang on, yes i did get flooding or spitback. When i used a spaced coil. Since using contacts, ive never had a problem

I'm the same. Had a few teething problems, but it was fine once I sussed it. Took about 2 days.

that’s right. a quick blast on the hot setting and we are sorted. it’s about the only use i have for a hairdryer.
