I’ve been asked by Dovpo to post the survey below.

It’s pretty much a standard vaping marketing survey via Google sheets.

There isn’t anything sinister going on we just wanted to get some honest feedback from the forum

I can't go any further than the first page - I keep going back to the first box which highlights "required" in red - it is auto completed with my google acc details and I can't change it. Sorry I'm too dumb for most interwebbery

I have let @dovpo_uk know, and he has reported the error to the form owner who was looking into it the last message I saw from her. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
