Hi im new to this . I have just brought a igo dual coil dripper as I thought this would be a good start into rebuilding . I have a mvp 2 and it wont fire sub ohm I can build a 1+ on single coil but im having trouble building a dual coil I need advice on the wire size and coils size and wrap configuration . The trouble im having is when I build the coils the resitence is is halved and my mvp wont fire please help this novice lol

About 10 wraps of 32 gauge wire should give you 3 ohms. Stick two of these in and you have around 1.5 ohms which the mvp2 will fire

I thought it might be the wire im using im . Brought some 30 is this to big or to small for what I need

No one gets laughed at mate. It's all about learning. No one knows everything. 30 is fine. Just depends what ur using it for I suppose

We aren't laughing bud,try the 0.3mm wrapped 10 times round a 2mm drill bit, twice to get you your 2 coils, build the RDA & it should fire no problem.

I ordered a kayfun clone of here from focalcig last week a bargain but im a bit of a magpie and im runing out of cash . So I brought the wire for that as well but I think ive made a mistake is there grade of wire you can use for most things

The MVP 2.0 will fire down to 0.8 ohms so 2x 12 wraps of 28 AWG should bring it about right. (This is micro coils I'm talking about normal coils I have no idea.)

its all down to preference really buy a selection and go from there, I personally like 28 AWG but I'm sure some people will hate it.
