Only guessing here but I'd imagine they'll be using cigalikes to get their price. None of the vapers I know regularly use cigalikes, they all use either gen 2 or gen 3 devices.

I'm not sure if using gen 1 devices would be representative, particularly if/when the TPD comes into force and the MHRA get their mucky mawks on the licensing.

If they want a representative price they'd probably be better off using 10mls of eliquid as a model.

Yeah, i think they can only guage it by those commercial types we see in regular retail oulets, cigalikes & those ego-clearo combinations posing as something special at the newsagent counter etc. Perhaps some b&m figures are factored in but it's early days. I see as one small step for tax, one sneaky leap for taxkind.
