E liquid and toxic label etc

Hi guys been up all night having a few conversations with fellow vapers and the topic of bottle labelling come up. Many of you may know this already but this was news to me, e liquid bottles under 25 mg/2.5% percent do not need the toxic skull and crossbones sign. Which I personally think is a good thing as stated in the article which I have left below e liquid is now in the same category as washing up liquid.
