EFest batteries

Lots of battery knowledge to have to soak in order to buy proper or good batts but buying my efests through the coops at a fraction of vendor cost wasn't really that much of a loss but more of a learning experience, they did perform but stumbled way too soon IMO. I have older AW and samsung that still have the gusto when the younger efests are now flashlight batts. Unless I am satisfied that Efest has upped their game they are still to me rewrapped 2nds that I will not buy again. I also have some LG from a coop that also IMO died too soon and weary about replacements with LG batts.
I don't marry batteries for dual hitters, run them down to nothing in mechs, push them with super low ohm builds and let them rest after charging cause I have enough to rotate.
I finally had some battery wraps show up and OMFG wrapping a battery is the niftiest thing going since I have a box mod that likes to rip the top of the wrapper removing the battery. I have to put a plastic piece between the contact and batt to get it out and not rip. I refuse to use a charge port in any hitter unless its an emergency or the only option I have.
There are a few reliable American battery sellers that I can order from but still there are lots to decide from.

I always got told to marry battery's !

To be honest , all the reviews I've seen on efest 3000mah 35a 3.7v are well over a year old. So I thought mine would be ok ! The guy in my local shop swears they make there own batts now aswell but I'm glad I ordered some sonys from fogstar just to have the peace of mind ! Plus 2 Sony vtc6 where cheaper than the 2 efest I bought of evapo site ! How does that work out lol

If a vendor ever makes a statement that you think is a bit iffy then ask them to back it up with proof. If what they are saying isn't true then they are passing off, which is an offence.

The same guy didn't just say efest make there own quality batts now he actually told me that Evapo only sell them to help them rebuild there reputation and to give them a chance after that I stopped listening! When I wanted to stock up on wick liquor-boulevard he told me he was sorry as he had bought the whole lot as soon as delivery arrived ffs ....

I too was always told to marry the batteries so I went through the marking, charging and keeping them together just to have my wife grab whatever battery to put into her hitter along with the "Oh I forgot"..... no more battery marriage. Its just not worth the hassle to monitor what battery my wife took so I stopped bothering and I don't think it had affected their performance or lifespan. All my batts I buy in pairs so I don't mix up brands in the same hitter. I have separate 10amp that go into only the provari and a couple of the 1.2ohm min regulated mods I have.
I can see if your pushing your batteries to the edge then maybe marriage works but my mediocre subohm builds so far has had no affect if they are married or not.

It's nice that your wife shares your interest in vaping, mine just looks at me like I'm a twat when I fill the porch with fog lol

OMG Thats funny....
It was my wife that brought the clearo/ego kits home 4 years ago after we saw some people puffing on a silver stick thingy at a bike show then we asked a few questions. I do all the maintaining and building, all she does is fill her atty with juice, change batts and when she asks me to try her vape then I know its burnt so its replacement time. I was revamping clearo coils within the first month then began rebuilding shortly after that, she has never touched or replaced a coil nor have I heard a single complaint about leaking or dry hits.
