EFest batteries

The guys in my local vape shop yesterday swore blind that efest make there own A grade batteries now lol and the efest 3000mah 35a 3.7v batts I originally bought are the best batteries I could possibly have for sub ohm vaping ! Surely that's a straight up lie ? Everything I've read online and all that I have learnt off this thread goes against that lol

Vape shop staff will try to sell you what they stock, or what they make the most profit on.

A decent shop will have a wide selection to offer, if they only stock efest then that's all they're going to offer you.

I never really had any problems with the efests that I have bought but I don't push my batts to their limits either. I would be disappointed with efest batteries if I paid B&M price for them expecting them to perform but I bought mine through coops so the price and substantially cheaper. I bought 2 LUC 2 bay chargers again through a coop, that was Oct 2013 and the first one is still charging batteries well over 3 years later and the 2nd one is new and unused in the closet. Its a serious roll of the dice to buy batteries from a B&M or website cause of all the fakes out there or even if the vendor might have got unknowing fakes. I'm sure not looking forward to when I have to go battery shopping.

Plus 2 Sony vtc6 where cheaper than the 2 efest I bought of evapo site ! How does that work out lol

Economies of scale. Fogstar only sell batteries and chargers but they shift hundreds per day. They buy from further up the food chain than a local shop can thus cutting out a couple of layers of middleman profit. They don't have shops and can sell online to anywhere from a single industrial unit.

I've been told a few times that Efest have upped their game and make their own batteries now as well. But shit sticks, and I've heard too much shit about Efests to feel comfortable buying them. @Ben fogstar all the way for me as well, peace of mind = priceless

I paid £15 for them efests what a wally lol , I prob won't even b able to sell them on. If I hadn't joined potv I wouldn't have learnt all this or found out about fogstar battery's ! You guys saved me !

You live and learn Better a mistake that only cost you money, than a mistake that cost you in terms of personal safety and well being. Hope you stick around on PotV, there's loads more to learn and helping others in time is very rewarding. Plus it's just fun to chat crap about vaping with people who understand your obsession
