Eleaf ijust s problem [HELP]

Hello, I bought a new Eleaf ijust S battery and right now the battery is dead, because when i press fire button it blinks for 5 times and nothing happens, I don' t know how to fix, i watched a lot of videos, but nothing fixes, it might be juice leaking into battery, I popped out the bottom metal circle ( idk how it calls) and tried to remove batter out, but unsuccessful. I don't know how can i clean it up or fix it, maybe you can help me, thanks.

I hope you get some help. I have an Eleaf iJust ECM. With no problems. I looked up your S and they look very similar. I wish I knew more about fixing devices and such but maybe this will help. I got my device from Elegomall, maybe you can contact them, and they can help you figure out what to do to fix your divice. Or perhaps contact who you got it from, if it's still in its newest days of purchase you may be entitled to replacement ....

Real quick though, did you just replace your coil? If so it might not be in quite right

If the LED blinks it's usually an error with the coil or flat battery. Instructions will be in the manual. Different number of flashes for different errors.
You cannot remove the battery, it's a sealed system.

Hello, can someone tell me where I can get the o seal ring which is the bottom of the tank (glass tube)
