I've tried mixing flavours like strawberry, blackcurrant and cherry but they are falling short. I've tried upping the amounts but that doesn't make much difference. I've added sweetener and lemon which does help a little I think but I can't seem to get a real fruity full bodied flavour. They all seem a bit flat.
Am I looking for something that isn't there?
Any tips to get more flavour out of them?

@Seedy How long are they steeped before you are testing them and which concentrates are you using?

I use fruit flavours a lot and have found they need at least 2 weeks steeping to get a decent flavour :)

They do seem to improve after steeping but still don't taste full if you know what I mean? Ive tried TPA, pastry island and classikool so far.

Seedy I know what you mean, took me ages to find ones that I like, the fruit ones I use now are Inawera and Wera garden :)
Their fruits are great, very realistic taste mixing between 5% and 10% ;)

TPA I ended up at 20% for some of their fruits and it started to get a perfume taste, not nice :(

I make up 5ml samples at 50/50 with no nic of the basic flavour (saves money if I don't like it) and work from there as some flavours are stronger than others :)

Thanks Gilliandrea. I'll order some of the inawera I think. Appreciate the help:-)

+ 1 for Inewara, I'm currently doing a review of their new flavours and if you like berry flavours try their bilberry flavour.
My review will be posted later today as I still have one (of 18) to test......

I find fruit flavours on their own a little uninspiring, even the nicer ones. I think grape is about the only one I've ever vaped on its own, and that's only very occasionally.

I can't really offer a solution to make your fruits fruitier, but I have found some blends that add a little extra something to each ingredient that's not much on its own.

Butterscotches/Caramel type flavours can round off a fruit, but probably the best blend with a fruit I've made is Raspberry & White Chocolate (but a cream might do a similar job) - the white choc adds a creamy, rich, comforting side and mellows out the fruit, while the raspberry lightens up the heaviness of a creamy flavour.

I've other fruits flavours I plan to try in similar blends, particularly the FF Summer Berries, which is a bit too blackcurranty on its own for my liking, and I think a creamy flavour will do the trick.

A drop of menthol could be your answer. Saved many a mediocre juice from the sink.

I've just taken delivery of a milk frother. I'm going to give them all a good whizz up and then steep for a few more days. I've done a few now and they are filling the room with smell so there just may be a solution right here. Thanks for all your feedback, I'll let you know how I get on.

I'm finding that some vodka in a fruit mix helps lift it a little, between 5 - 10%. Eythol Maltol also helps to lift flat flavours a bit. Try adding a touch of something citrusy to your berries too. Inawera do a great Blackcurrant, to mix at approx 11%, and Bahraini Apple Gold mixed at a mere 2.3% is awesome, and their Lime at 3% ain't half bad neither.
