equipment and liquid help needed

Hi all,

I'm looking for ecigs and liquid for me and my partner. I tried one for a while about 4 years ago but it all seems to have come along way since then and the choice is huge. So I'll tell you a little about us and hopefully someone will have a recommendation.

I would also like a recommendation on liquid strength, and advice on how long a bottle is likely to last each of us.

I currently smoke about 50 roll ups a day (golden Virginia). I would like something that gives a good throat hit and produced quite a bit of vapour.


My partner some around 20 roll ups a day.

personally I would suggest the mini protank 2 kit from here http://myepack.co.uk/kits.html?p=1 others will say the evod kit so either are good really.
I would suggest with juices both of you try 24mg but get some 18mg too in case it's too strong for your wife.
Until you start it's difficult to say how long a bottle of juice will last but I smoked about the same as you and now use between 4ml and 6ml a day

Thank you I will have a look at the two you suggested. I am the female and the one who smoke far too many , I will get both strengths for us to try.

18mg is equivelant to around 20 cigs a day . as you smoke roll ups there are 101 different tobaccos type juices out there. ry4 being the common starter for alot 9 including myself 8 months ago when i first started down the ecig route ) as for how much juice. i started off vaping about 2ml a day as i didnt vape at work. now im home based i all day vape and can get through 5ml a day quite easily though as i use a dripper and swap liquids several times a day its almost impossible to keep track now.
i would avoid the mass produced brands like dekang, liqua and hangsen and try and find some much nicer tobacco flavours

Try some gold virgins or black fire from bestcigliquid it's fantastic

I too was a roll up smoker of more than that, 50g only lasted me a couple of days but I switched to vaping overnight. I used a clearomizer with ego battery and 18mg liquids. Flavourwise, I went for fruits as I've never found a tobacco flavour tasted like it was labelled. Everyone's tastes are different so my journey into vaping won't be the same as yours but if it turns out to be the same, enjoy it and congratulations on kicking the stinkies.

A hypertank from vapescape holds 5ml of juice and would last a day unless you really chain vape

I would say 18mg strength. And a 50/50 mix juice to start

Then go more pg for flavour or more vg for clouds

Tobacco flavours aren't great IMO. I stick with fruits desserts and drinks personally

Cheggs. Thanks for you advice. When I tried one a few years ago I didn't like the tobacco flavour that was available then. However it's all more adorable with more choice now, think I'll have to buy lots of small bottles!

Sorry for misunderstanding
I actually find a few hangsen juices usable,not fantastic but a nice cheap juice to keep you going. But that is why I didn't comment on juices..taste is personal.
