"Tobacco-free waterpipe tobacco should not be subject to tobacco excise duties." That made me smile.
Finished the survey. Essentially as vapers we need to encourage high taxation on genuine tobacco products and leave vaping products alone and there is scope with the survey to make that point.

I've filled it in basically under the same conditions as you mentioned. Id suggest to people, if you don't understand the questions (absolutely no shame in that at all given the wording) it might be an idea to not give a response to that particular part of the questioner.
Spot on. Just pass on anything you're not sure of but worth reading and getting to grips with especially about iffy tobacco sources!

At the end of the survey it gives you an opportunity to upload any additional information you feel may be relevant. So I put together a short blurb referencing the Royal College of Physicians study.
I not under any impression that this will have any major effect, but I don't think it can hurt.
Ecigarettes have been shown to be at least 95% safer than traditional cigarettes according to the Royal College of Physicians. (Nicotine without Smoke, April 2016)
‘Provision of the nicotine that smokers are addicted to without the harmful components of tobacco smoke can prevent most of the harm from smoking. ... However, the hazard to health arising from long-term vapour inhalation from the e-cigarettes available today is unlikely to exceed 5% of the harm from smoking tobacco. 28 Apr 2016’

ANY taxation and/or restrictions imposed on ecigarettes, eliquids, and the nicotine inside the eliquid will have adverse effects on the current 2 million users in the UK whom have chosen this harm reduction method.
There are still millions of smokers across Europe who have not had the chance to discover ecigarettes because of confusing information in the media.
Please do not put up any barriers that help millions already in Europe rely on a safer effective method for nicotine replacement. It is by far the most effective harm reduction tool against traditional cigarettes.
