Export to Europe (need advice)

Hi, everyone

i wondering if anyone who pay vat do you charge clients VAT for orders outside UK?

If you zero rate sales to Europe, what actual evidence you keep in case you need to provide why you zero rated orders?

Also what issues at UK customs could be by going legal way?

what i currently use is bus, attached cn22 and always goes well, customs never checked, but now planning to open an ltd

we planning mostly export nicotine salts 20mg and occasionally 600-800 puffs (they all pre-filled with 20mg)

not sure with codes, just digging before opening an actual company
