Please be careful about what you post here. Threats of violence will not be tolerated and, while the company's postal address is in the public domain we would rather it wasn't posted here.

NDB is not able to reply to this thread as of yesterday. We were made aware that Josh was considering legal action against us so we locked his account so that he could not change any of the posts he has made over the last few weeks which are evidence of his dishonesty and scant regard for his customers' safety. The claims that we have made about him being dishonest and a careless businessman hold up in our opinion and his own posts here are evidence of this.

So bear in mind what is acceptable in terms of what is in the public domain and is known and can be shared or commented on and what could be construed as slanderous or libellous. We are still watching this thread and it should not run out of control. Please do feel free to post up new items of interest but personal attacks will be removed.

one thing to be sure off is if we can dig up all this evidence easy enough the authorities shouldnt have to work too hard to get it all together and hang this arsehole and ensure he gets the correct punishment (well to be fair what he deserves isn't really legal but you get the idea)

Unfortunately its gonna take somebody to get injured then track it back to next day batteries or other shady josh Malone company, then he will blame every one but his self,
I seriously hope this is the beginning of the end for josh Malones companies, the man has no care for anyone but his profits!

I don't doubt that for a minute and there's enough dirt already to bury that iceberg.
Josh malone at next day batteries. Please place a recall/warning banner on your web site. The chargers you sold/sell could and have been proven to be unsafe. This isn't just a bunch of grumpy vapers. It's woried friends, parent's, children and relatives. These chargers are used for torches, tools, kids toys and hundreds of applications. The thought that some kid could have one of your fake chargers sitting on their bedroom floor as we speak is chilling.
Do the right thing and recall all of the recently sold chargers and please warn customers at every opportunity.

Unfortunately, Josh Malone @ Next Day Batteries doesn't give a shit about customer safety. Profit and new customers are his priorities as documented in this thread by his own words.

Why would I want to drive away new customers? Do you think Tesco plastered that they sold horse meat on their homepage and shop doors

HMRC and Trading Standards will deal with him.

So he's considering legal action. Lol. Well, he's definitely gonna need a good solicitor very soon!

Feeling the heat, Josh?
