Fake Charger

Well the plot thickens. Sent them a message and figured I'd give them the opportunity to rectify the problem and they said a replacement was on the way, the replacement arrived yesterday and went to pick it up this morning due to missing the delivery. The replacement was actually an i4 and I thought all my problems were solved. How wrong I was...

Immediately upon opening the box another fake unfused plug fell out so I thought this can't be right and proceeded to check the authentication code on the website but I never got to the website because as soon as I scratched it off I realised I've seen this code before. The code on the i4 box is IDENTICAL to the code on my i2. So now I have 2 fake chargers and I'm extremely p*ssed off!

If anyone has the following code on their charger then its fake: 8642 4584 7001 2871

Sorry the image isn't very clear.

I have just discovered that if you go onto next day batteries Facebook page you can post a public recommendation. Hmmm how about recommending that he comes clean. [emoji16][emoji16]
Post your recommendation, screenshot it and repost on the NDB Warning Facebook page.

So Josh is seeking legal advice, for what exactly?

If anything stated as a fact (eg. Josh is a leading member of National Front**) is blatently false and only said to damage his or one his companies reputation, then he may have recourse.

If something that is a fact is stated (eg. Joshs company Next Day Batteries supplied fake Nitecore chargers and Josh made xenophobic comments on a public forum) then it's exactly that, a fact and truthful and he has no recourse.

The information included within in this thread has some speculation and some facts. The news letter issued was purely factual. If he wants to waste his money on a solicitor, best of luck to him.

**For legal reasons my statement that Josh is a leading member of the national front was purely used as an example and there is no evidence or indication this is true. These views are my own and do not represent the view of POTV or any of its affiliates. ;)

Well here is one for the record Joshy boy, you are an unscrupulous cunt that deserves a everything that you are getting and I am now warning anyone and everyone to stay away from your company.

Think the legal advice he should be seeking is what happens when someone gets hurt or killed from one of his fake chargers that he's sold
