To be frank this is all getting a bit tiresome. Same old shit being rehashed and what is it achieving ?
There's a few posts on here that will take a bit of defending if this ever gets to court so why don't we just chill out and desist from the idle threats and bad mouthing.
I think we are all aware that this guy is a dishonest chancer but banging on and on about it won't change things.

We're "banging on about it" because Josh Malone is doing fuck all to warn customers who may have bought a potentially deadly charger from him. And every time we mention Next Day Batteries this thread creeps higher and higher on Google's search page when anybody searches for NDB.

I can fully see him letting Next Day Batteries run down and slide into voluntary liquidation, the name is poison now, & then resurface under a new name but pretty much the same old shenanigans. It’s the same stunt dodgy double glazing firms have been pulling for decades to swerve their creditors.

This thread is now over 1000 posts and there ain't much new stuff appearing. Just a load of irate folk getting it off their chests.
Which is as we know is not influencing the situation because our beloved friend is still going his own way.
Beyond what has already been suggested (and fer fuck's sake forget any violence, implied or otherwise) I can't see what more we can do.

Had the company been more proactive and put a recall notice out and been seen to be doing more to remedy this situation things would probably be very differant,but he hasnt.
One house catching on fire is one too many and given the number of these chargers out there that sadly is a possibility.
Awareness is key here,lives are potentially at risk.
