Why would you need to check codes on chargers he has bought if he knew he only bought from nitecore? Doubting his own purchasing ability?

Once again our company is under attack, this time people are accusing our i4 chargers as been fake, I hope this clears everything up... as always all our products are genuine, why would a business of our stature sell fakes?

Already approved your other post and commented on it. I have also posted the link to to this thread on your FB page - I am hoping you will return the favour and not delete that one so people can see why you have been accused of selling fake chargers. Like I said, happy to discuss this with you but the evidence so far suggests the hooky charger was sold by you. If you were caught out with some fakes then admit it and move on, if not then prove you didn't sell the charger to @Adrian1976 and we will happily delete this thread.

The last 3 orders for chargers have come from a nitecore official distro, im thinking that the dodgey one sold could have been part of an old batch we received from a Chinese supplier or even a sample that we had sent that got mixed in with our stock, if this is the case and in fact the charger is defective then we sincerely apologise, we have told the buyer to return the charger for a refund or replacement, yet he hasn't but instead has taken to facebook and the forums.

Can you put up photo of the 13amp UK approved plugs that are attached to these chargers to reassure everyone. It has been suggested that the charger you sold had a non approved, unsafe, non fused plug on it.

we have told the buyer to return the charger for a refund or replacement, yet he hasn't but instead has taken to facebook and the forums.

Well Next day batteries received my order back yesterday lunch time, emailed him today lunchtime asking where's my refund and not got a reply as yet.

It seems he has sent it back, you received it on Monday, and he has been waiting for his refund ever since. Try reading the thread.

Yes i did post it back last Saturday and it was delivered back to you last monday gone and i have a receipt of signature and it was sent recorded delivery, i even sent you 4 emails regarding the return to which you have not replied.

Putting charger aside the service being provided by NDB over this issue seems appalling imo.
