Throughout the past week our company has been attacked by various people online through various social media channels due to the fact that we received a limited number of inadequate nitecore i4 chargers with our September delivery from our supplier, rest assured that we are working with all our customers to replace any less than perfect i4 chargers purchased on our site, we have spent the last 2 days filtering through our remaining nitecore i4 chargers and can confirm that every single unit is 100% authentic with the correct UK plugs, we sincerely apologise to anyone affected, its not easy running a business as successful as ours, especially when we get targeted by multiple individuals who make it their mission to bring us down, we will move on from this and continue to offer an amazing service to all our new and loyal customers, its going to take more than a few Facebook minions on a vendetta to bring us down, thank you for taking the time to read this email i hope this clears a few things up, if you think that you have received a sub standard nitecore i4 charger then please get in contact for a replacement.
