Throughout the past week our company has been attacked by various people online through various social media channels due to the fact that we received a limited number of inadequate nitecore i4 chargers with our September delivery from our supplier, rest assured that we are working with all our customers to replace any less than perfect i4 chargers purchased on our site, we have spent the last 2 days filtering through our remaining nitecore i4 chargers and can confirm that every single unit is 100% authentic with the correct UK plugs, we sincerely apologise to anyone affected, its not easy running a business as successful as ours, especially when we get targeted by multiple individuals who make it their mission to bring us down, we will move on from this and continue to offer an amazing service to all our new and loyal customers, its going to take more than a few Facebook minions on a vendetta to bring us down, thank you for taking the time to read this email i hope this clears a few things up, if you think that you have received a sub standard nitecore i4 charger then please get in contact for a replacement.

@Next Day Batteries nobody's on a vendetta. Had you dealt with the initial complaint like any trustworthy vendor this wouldn't have even warranted a post other than a praiseworthy one on how well you had handled it. You have made your bed, go lie in it.

Look everyone gets caught with the pants down at some point.

Be it genuine mistake or whatever, it’s how you react and deal with it immediately.

Damage limitation, sadly what’s been said and done has fuelled that fire.

The worst thing you can do in the vape world is deal with knock off cells/chargers.

Look at UKECig they had a hooky batch of Sonys, that severely damaged the reputation.

Have an issue, address is IMMEDIATELY, even if it’s simply a “we are investigating this matter”.

The word spreads like wild fire with vapers. No industry does word get around as quickly as it does with vapers.

Just seen the same myself, disgusting comments and rightly removed from AV due to them.

Let's face it, no one is going to swallow that goose now.
