Oh it's no mistake - His actions since this was pointed out say that he knows exactly whats going on, refusing to admit responsibility first, then once photos popped upon here he asked for it returning and then said it hadn't been returned, posting on facebook that his company was under attack, then once evidence that he was telling porkies stacked up on there he deleted the post and stopped further post being made. Plus at least two documented attempts to bribe people into changing 1 star trustpilot reviews to 4 or 5 star reviews...
Everything points to an unscrupulous vendor doing everything he can to profit at others expense...

I am one of the people who posted a negative review on Trustpilot.
He asked Trustpilot to remove my review telling them that it wasn't a genuine review and that I had never ordered. I sent Trustpilot proof of purchase along with an entire Facebook conversation where he told me I would only get a refund after I gave a positive review, which is of course blackmail. Trustpilot left my review intact as they should have due to my overwhelming evidence against Nextdaybatteries.

We have had one of our FB group members sold a fake charger by Josh at Next Day Batteries and after it been posted in 2 vape scam groups our member has been refunded.

I am trying to obtain the charger and I will pass on to trading standards as this is a dangerous item and the risk to safety is too high to ignore

Josh Malone if your reading this do the right thing and have a item recall then you can take it up with your supplier
